Universal constitution
The Universal Constitution

The nations to be constituted formulate what they call "Magnun Letter", which is the higher law, in order to guide the country's legislation. And their judges are guided by it. Also their representatives, governors, swear to ensure their compliance with their endowments in the positions of the executive, the legislature and the judiciary.
No judge can execute any judgment contrary to the higher law of your country. Who can you have your act invalidated, except in cases of emergency, as in dictatorial regimes, where their leaders gain the power by force of arms. The constitutional law of a country is meant to be the main line by which the powers are exercised.

But, based on what they are made these letters reflux of countries with democratic regime, government by the people?

The jurists and causídicos make mention the laws of Roman and Greek authorities in their treatises on justice. But, and those where they obtained the foundation or experience for the preparation of its laws? Why does the human being in need of law?

The law is a principle of law that aims to establish rules to be followed by all, and limits of attitudes, in order to avoid excesses and injustices, so that one does not overlap any other or dominate the weaker and/or poor, if using this condition of weakness of this, if the first is stronger for possession of goods or money.

God, in His immense wisdom, to be the first nation as his people, also gave him the "Magnun Letter", for him; and he did this talking face to face to the people whom took out from under the yoke of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and removed by Moses, a levite chosen by God himself for this purpose. And, in doing so, we separated the to be a holy nation, chosen people, a royal priesthood. And, for this reason, gave him not only their constitutional law as other ordinary laws, which were detailed the punishments for violators or offenders, as well as rules of conduct for minor issues. In addition to the religious laws, such as those relating to the sacrifices and offerings to him.

But some of that today are considered to be his people are unaware that the "Magnun Letter", given by God for that first chosen people for holy nation still exists until today and that, although he has made a new covenant with these people and also with the people that do not originated from that, the constitutional basis has not changed. Also, as has been said to that country named Israel, the condition to be holy people lies in what he has determined at that time, that is, to observe his law or commandments, as their education in Dt. 28:9. Namely: "The Lord will provide for you in holy people, as he hath sworn, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways." It follows that there is a condition for the confirmation of the holy people (separate), which is the observance of the commandments of God.

Even many of those who today have already made a declaration of acceptance of Jesus as your Savior still does not accept its "Magnun Letter", claiming, by induction of their leaders corrupt, that legislation was to Moses and that God abolished the law, although Jesus said that He came not to abolish the law. But, what law is this? The law of love. And this has served as a stumbling block for many. Because, as they think that love is a feeling of the heart or a sense of decadence, assume that, by acting in this way, they are fulfilling the law of love for God and neighbor.

And for us to know that the fulfillment of God's law is not due only to a people or nation, we quote the text of Solomon that says:

"Let us hear the conclusion is: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of every man." Ec. 12:13.

But as this text is in the set that men have agreed to call "Old Testament", we will mention other than they have agreed to appoint a new testament, where it says:

"Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but, yes, the keeping of the commandments of God." I Cor. 7:19.
But, what are these commandments? These, see!
“Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Do not worship, nor give them worship; for I am the Lord your God, jealous God, shewing mercy unto the third and fourth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments, and visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children in thousands of them that hate me. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor and do all thy work. But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, neither you, nor your son, nor thy daughter, nor your manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor your animals, nor the stranger of thy gates inside; because in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea and all that is therein, and on the seventh day, he rested; therefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day and sanctified it. Honor thy father and thy mother, that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. Thou shalt not kill. You shall not commit adultery. Thou shalt not steal. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that belongs to your neighbor." Ex. 20:2 to 16.

For that reason that Solomon says:

“No crying, perhaps, wisdom, and understanding it makes its voice heard? At the top of high places, by the way, at the crossroads of paths she puts himself; beside the gates, at the entrance to the city, at the entrance of the doors is screaming: you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of men. Understand, O mere, prudence; and ye foolish, understand the wisdom. I listened, because I will speak of excellent things; my lips utter things straight. Because my mouth will proclaim the truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. To be fair to all the words of my mouth in righteousness; there is no such thing pie, or perverse. All are straight for those who understand and fair, for those who find knowledge. Please accept my teaching, and not silver, and knowledge rather than choice gold. For wisdom is better than jewels, and all the things that you want nothing can compare with her. I wisdom dwell with prudence and have knowledge and advice. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; pride, arrogance, the evil way and the perverse mouth, i hate. Counsel is mine and the true wisdom, I am understanding, I have strength. Through me kings reign, and princes decree justice. , Through my princes rule, the nobles and all judges of the earth. I love those who love me; those who seek me i think. Riches and honor are with me, durable goods and justice. My fruit is better than gold, than fine gold; and my income, rather than choice silver. I walk in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment, in order to make the who love me and they fill the treasures. The Lord hath possessed at the beginning of his work, before their works. Since eternity was established from the beginning, before the beginning of the earth. When there were no depths, I was brought forth, when there were no fountains full of water. Before the mountains were settled, before there hills, i was born. Yet he had not made the earth, neither the amplitude nor even the beginning of the dust of the world. When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he appointed the horizon on the face of the deep; when stood the clouds from above, when he established the fountains of the deep; when set to the sea his limit, so that the waters should not pass their limits; when was the foundations of the earth; then, I was with him and it was their architect, day after day, I was his delight, rejoicing always before him; rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men. Now, children, hearken unto me, because blessed are those who keep my ways. I listened to the teaching, be wise and do not refuse. Happy is the man that heareth me, watching day to day at my gates, waiting at the posts of my entrance. Because what i think think the life and reaches for the Lord. But what sins against me violently to his soul. All who hate me love death." Pv. 8:1 to 36.
This text of Solomon is made reference to wisdom, truth, education, knowledge, prudence, to my ways, the path of justice, the Council, the true wisdom, the fear of the Lord, etc. And these are references to the law of God, such as name or as an adjective.

Therefore, it is the law of God that legislators should legislate, since it is the "Magnun Letter", and the constitution universal given by God himself.
