Unspeakable secrets
Secrets, who doesn't have them? Is that bad? It depends. There are secrets that go to the grave with those who kept them under lock and key, since they are unspeakable.
Among the many things that God will judge, one of them is the secret of men's hearts.
What secrets would those be? Well, there are things that someone has done that were not known and therefore not judged; there are others that, although not subject to judgment according to human standards, are subject not only to judgment but also to punishment by the great judge. Among them is a crime that is rarely taken into account, since it cannot be seen, namely, covetousness.
It is part of the ten commandments given by God to human beings. Ex. 20:17.
Although it may seem of little importance, transgression of this commandment results in the loss of the right to eternal life, being on an equal footing with the other commandments.
When it prevails in someone's heart, it leads them to sin, as it results in the act of possessing what was coveted, or doing what was intended or plotted in the heart. Many of humanity's misdeeds begin with covetousness. Whether for someone or something, whether material, emotional, territorial, etc. In addition to the unconfessable spurious desires that occur on an emotional level, which are so heinous that they are not shared even with those who are partners in the marital bed.
It is the fact that someone relates to another while thinking of another, or vice versa.
Greed takes the life of the greedy, and can lead a ruler to contribute to the death of his subjects when he incites them to wage war against other peoples or nations with the intention of subjugating them, exploiting them, or gaining advantages, as is currently happening with two countries in the northern hemisphere.
So, if there are secrets in your heart that you cannot confess, confess them to God, who, although He knows everything, hopes that you do not have them, and also wants you to be free from such a heavy burden, such as living wanting to suffocate what suffocates you. Be free from this burden.
